What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Because every persons requirements are unique our staff will advise you on the most cost effective storage.

Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend you call for availability.

Do I need insurance?

You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered). Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility, however we offer insurance with Midland Insurance at very competitive rates.

Do you give me a key?

You may provide your own lock and key or we will provide you with a courtesy lock which is returned to us at the termination of your storage

Can I pay for my unit over the phone?

You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment (unless you have access to a fax or email). After that, you may phone us to make payments by credit card.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and internet transfer. (please DO NOT put cash in the night payment box)

Do you sell boxes?

We sell a variety of
moving supplies at the storage office.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

The minimum rental period is 1 week.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver’s license or Commonwealth ID with picture is required to lease a unit.

Do you have your own movers?

While we do not offer moving services however we have a list of preferred movers available in our area. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" for a complete list.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
